February 9, 2009 – Commit to self-mastery
Now is not the time to panic, now is the time to commit.
Commit to yourself, commit to self-mastery, and commit to change, commit to courage commit to strengthening your foundation so it can carry you through this time of tribulation.
Identify the building blocks of your own personal foundation. What’s missing from your life? What do you want to strengthen? What do you want to let go of? Are you ready to make a commitment to yourself?

Every moment of everyday, through our words and actions, we are conveying our self-worth to the universe and to others. How are you spending your time? What are you spending your money on? Do you have people in your life that inspire you or pull you down?
