2010 – 03 Camp Courage March Agenda

WEEK 1:

-Intro to Camp Courage

An introduction to group and what to expect in the upcoming weeks.

-Identify your project goals

Gain clarity around your project goals. Identify and prioritize specific examples of what you would like to achieve. Set at least one short term goal to achieve within 7 days.

-Identify top 3 action steps

Create three do-able steps which will ignite the process of getting you closer to your goal within the next 7 days.

WEEK 2:

-Create project boards

This class will focus on creating a project board that will clearly help you visualize your steps of action into reaching your target goal.

-Identify what exactly it is that is stopping you from reaching your goals

What fears, doubts, and road blocks are in the way of letting you reach your target goal? Identify and deconstruct these hurdles so you can learn how to get past them in the future.

-Walk through the disconnects and hurdles

After exposing the disconnects and hurdles of reaching your goal, what can you do to overcome these obstacles that are getting in the way?

WEEK 3:

-Flow

Discover techniques to operating from feeling and flow. This class will work on obtaining your goals with a rhythm and effortless flow and teach you how to eliminate struggle and strife.

WEEK 4:

-Needs

Identify what you need to make your goals reality.

-Make a distinction between wants and needs

What do you NEED rather than want to make your goal a reality? Learn how to distinguish between the two and target your core needs.

WEEK 5:

-Needs

Revisit your needs. Review your progress and if necessary, reevaluate.

-Wrap Up

Acknowledge your achievements and progress. Review your successes and failures over the past few weeks and assess what you’ve learned in the process.
