Stepping into the New Year. Before we can fully step into 2009 we need to take time reflect on 2008. Digest. We must acknowledge where we’ve been so we can clearly see where we are going.
January 5, 2009 -Wrapping up 2008
What happened for you over the past 12 months? What worked? What didn’t? What did you let go of willingly and maybe not so willingly? What were the lessons you learned this year.
January 12, 2009 – Moving into 2009
Identify one feeling do you want to explore or align with this coming year? What feeling would be worth giving up old patterns, behaviors, opinions, beliefs, thoughts and judgments? How could your alignment with this feeling allow you to serve the greater whole? How would it help those around you? How would it heal you? How would it push you to take risks and step into living your greatest life?
January 19, 2009- Intention setting for 2009
Creating a theme for your year will support you in keeping your strong intention firmly in place. I like a theme song to go with my theme. Tonight we will set our intention, identify our theme and set up our visual reminders.
January 26, 2009 Set your goals for the next 12 months
In this class you will identify and state our goals for the New Year then begin to put your blueprint in place for reaching your goals.
As always, bring a pen and note.
