- PoliciesWest Coast Coaching Policies Regardless of your specific needs or the type of coaching you opt for, we will enforce the following policies designed to help you get the most out of your coaching experience: Confidentiality Everything you say in a coaching session is confidential. Even the members of your group sign a confidentiality agreement. You too will be expected to respect the anonymity and confidentiality of others. Commitment Whether you come to us for help with general issues, long-term goals or a short-term project, we ask clients for a minimum 3-6 month commitment. While many see fantastic results immediately, real change takes time. In our experience 3-6 months is the minimum commitment required to ensure lasting results. Referrals We want all of our clients to get the most out of their experience. If your coach feels that your specific needs would be better addressed by another coach or in a different group, we will not only tell you this, but also help you find a good match. The same applies if you feel your coach or group is not a good fit for you.

- What Happens in a Coaching Session?We offer several different types of coaching including Individual Success Coaching, Creative Unit Coaching and Group. With Individual Success Coaching, you and your coach meet three times a month. In your introductory session you’ll discuss what brought you to coaching and start identifying your goals and desires. Then, with your coach’s support and guidance, you’ll get to work immediately taking practical, inspiring steps toward success. In Creative Unit Coaching, a coach works with a Creative Unit such as a rock band or writing team. Whether the group is just starting out or has already accomplished many goals, a coach will help facilitate communication, strengthen and maintain relationships, identify challenges, and create and implement success strategies. Group Coaching can be a wonderful way to begin implementing change in your life. It can also be utilized as a supplement to Individual Success Coaching. Each group meets for 2 hours, four times per month. Group size is limited to seven members plus a moderator. Specific, universal issues are addressed in one-month blocks.
